1. Property Information

Residenza Angelica B&B (hereinafter "the Property").

2. Scope

These terms regulate the contractual relationship between the Property and the Guest.

3. Reservations

Bookings are confirmed upon written confirmation. The Property may refuse incomplete or unsecured requests.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are in Euro. Tourist tax may apply. Payment terms are communicated at booking.

5. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation terms are communicated at booking. No-show may result in charge according to agreed rate.

6. Check-in & Check-out

Valid ID required according to Italian law.
